There's a few courses on udemy specific for Project Finance and Infra I found useful.
Corality, F1F9 and Wall Street Prep have free resources.
EdBodmer if you don't mind him rambling on and on. There also a few good videos on YouTube but I can't remember the channels. Just type project finance modelling in YouTube.
LBO stuff would do tbh, but do not use the Excel circularity option, break any circularity with a manual copy-paste (do not try to attempt any VBA if you do not exactly what you are doing) or financial maths (discounting, NPVs and whatnot).
