does anyone have any experience with BMO Capital Partners? seems like a private equity arm for BMO. Any insight with the team, culture, what they do, etc?

Looks like BMO is building out a junior capital / mezz group (odd timing given market). They're primarily going to be focused on debt instruments with equity coinvestments. I'd expect comp to be more aligned with debt firms than equity firms.
