Any resources to learn about tech/software investing?
Does anyone have any resources to get up to speed on private equity investing in the technology sector (specifically SaaS companies)? I am hoping to learn more about which themes are exciting, how associates would typically model the businesses (e.g., adds, less churn, plus upsell, minus downsell), and key diligence items usually applicable to SaaS deals.
I am moving into a tech buyout role and want to try to know the basics before starting. Any resources would be appreciated!
