Very interesting up-and-coming infra shop. Currently running a LatAm Power and NAM Midstream platform.

They have some serious institutional backing (Apollo / Partners) and should be raising their first fund soon. They're also launching a SPAC, and one of their PortCo's raised $1.5bn in debt a few months ago.

Have hired quite a few associates over the past year so I imagine they're gearing up for more money to be flowing in or to launch additional platforms. Probably a good time to join.

Thank you so much for your input. Plz let me ask some f/u Qs.

1. You mentioned that they will raise their 1st fund soon but they've done several deals.  All of them done with a project fund?

2. Could you elaborate more on "institutional backing"? Does it mean Apollo/Partners do co-investment into Glenfarne's deal?

3. Do you have any idea on comps. level at Glenfarne?

Bump, any updates on them?  Saw they launched a new "vehicle" focused on energy transition.
