Push - heard issues fundraising / senior people departing
Check their flagship returns, not great
I was referencing them shitcanning a lot of associates
Fundraising issues across both funds (going back a year or more), low comp, overworked junior IPs, attrition at all levels across both funds (I think they have 2 but could be mistaken). Feels like that place is falling apart.
Europe fund / team is struggling. Culture in junior team not good.
Can you comment more on this? What have been the issues in Europe...
