Ratio should be their HH in NYC but I'm not entirely sure if it's the same for London (I would imagine that it is though).

Yes, Vedica handles Apollo personally in the US. If you want the job, you basically have to give the most hardo responses to questions you can think of (without sending like a loser). You'll get asked about b-school, say you think Apollo is better than b-school for learning. You'll get asked about personal priorities, say work above all else, you are willing to make sacrifices now, etc. You'll get asked about investment style, the best investment style is value-oriented PE (which is how Apollo refers to themself these days as opposed to "robbing creditors blind."

They try to come off as pretty intense about the whole thing and this is the type of person they look for. Be careful about saying anything that may come off as you aren't totally committed to the firm / job. Obviously, you can think that, but don't say it to anyone during the recruiting process.
