Are there some ways to know whether a company is mismanaged or not?
In other words, how can PE firms be so sure whether a company is not managed in an appropriate manner or not? What are their usual grounds for saying a company’s management is incompetent? Are there some tracking factors a firm employ to chase potential targets? I'm looking for non-finance factors related to this issue.
