Ares Direct Lending Comp and Career Progression
I'm a student looking to go into credit down the road or potentially out of college. Does anyone know what associate/VP comp is like at Ares direct lending and also how common it is to be promoted from associate to VP?

Hear associate comp is around $250-275 all in. could be off a bit though as that was several years ago and i heard it third hand
