At an MM Fund ($1-$2B AUM Latest Fund) in NYC in a career track role (i.e., not 2 and out). My firm doesn't do annual base raises so all comp increases come from bonus increases. Typically, how much would you expect comp to scale from year 1 to year 2? (either all-in or just bonus, but please specify).
