Asterion generally are exceptional when it comes to performance, fundraising, team build up etc..
Jesus is very well connected in Iberia and Guido from London as well is a strong leader.
I can't comment on london wlb but i expect comp to be solid. They give carry to everyone, junior gp commit is on a sub line, and is vested over 5 years.
GBP 170k assoc 1 with some carry as of 2024is what I last heard. Infra hours
