For funds that you are highly interested in and are trying to network with associates, do you usually attach your resume when you ask for a networking call? For context I am an analyst at a MM PE shop (right out of school) interested in reaching out to other funds for associate positions after my analyst stint.

I would not attach your resume, it's not a good look and you can accomplish the same goal by connecting on LinkedIn. Which you should do, and add a note to the connection request in addition to emailing.
if you do a good job in the initial call, they'll ask for the resume so no need and probably to your disadvantage to provide at the onset.
