Australian Pension Funds Expansion

The Canadian pension funds are well established and have built out pretty significant direct teams, does anyone have any experience with the Aussie funds? They seem to be growing significantly along with significant consolidation going on amongst them, and looks like there could be 3-4 funds with several hundred billion in AUM within the next 3-5 years. Australian Super expects to double its headcount in London from 50 to 100 and Aware Super is opening a London office for example.

Anyone have any thoughts are on if they're good places to be if you'd like a move to a SWF / pension fund? Getting in early could provide a good growth trajectory vs. more established funds such as Canadian pension funds / GIC & Temasek etc where growth looks more drawn out.
