Bain Capital Salary/Tenure
Does anyone know how much Associate / VP earns at Bain Capital PE?
Also, I heard that they recruit an MBA student for VP not Associate, is this correct?

Not sure where the idea that Bain Capital is anti-MBA comes from. I have very close connections there and an MBA is definitely valued. Take a look at their team page and you'll see almost everyone senior went to HBS. Yes it's true you can now get promoted to VP without an MBA, but they still hire out of business school programs and will send Associates there each year.
Do they hire post-MBA as a senior associate? In that case, any thoughts on senior associate tenure and comps (base/bonus)?
