heard its a good shop. I was looking into them about a year ago and dug into them a little bit and I heard they are a good merchant bank. On top of that, they are a decent shop but def would not take them over a UMM/MF PE firm as their comp is significantly low. heard main perks for the firm are also below average compared to other better shops out there, however, culture is decent.
