As I’m thinking about updating my behaviorals for jobs post-IB, I’m torn between keeping strong personal stories from before I began my career (college, extracurriculars, etc) or opting for more directly related experiences on the desk. Are leadership stories from sports or challenge stories from internships still game for PE interviews or should all stories be strictly from the desk now that we have experience in the real world?
