Got offered a an ASO role (2 yeo MM IB analyst) at a LMM for 130k base and quoted 75-95 bonus so TC is low 200s. No levered co-invest or carry at the ASO level. Fund is ~$700M.

Is the WLB much better with less hours?
Does not seem materially better than other shops. Its a bolt-on / rollup strategy focused on distressed companies that also have opportunity for operational improvements. No dedicated performance improvement / operations team. Work is done all by deal team which is lean... ASO and VP usually.
