Wise advice that I once received was that people who go to these funds aren’t optimizing for culture. Be willing to pay the cost of shit culture for prestige and expect the worst.
What do you guys define as good culture though?
I’m at a firm know for “good culture” but it’s just politically correct fakery
What I was thinking is what was mentioned above- a more supportive environment with some semblance of collegiality (regardless of hours worked).
