I think the concept of being a PE backed CFO is interesting to me int erms fo the risk-reward. I am wondering what would be good firms to join that would facilitate such a pathway. Have seen various examples of people who are assoicates or senior assoicates going into portfolio companies as Directors of M&A or even Chief of Staff, would appreciate getting more color as to what the best firms to join for such a career path would be and what type of roles to target.
