Think Accel-KKR is probably your best bet, they have many Americans. You can also have a look at Battery Ventures, they used to have 2-3 Americans.

Francisco also works on deals across the pond so should also be feasible. Marlin is very European so prefer to hire locals I guess. Same for Silver Lake, Astorg and Montagu. Could imagine that Permira and Hellman would welcome MBAs. Growth is also a rather local business.

Visa-wise it should be fine now as the firms are getting used to going through the process as all Europeans now have to do the same, however, some still explicitly only hire (pre-)settled residents.

Looks interesting indeed - a lot of fintech I assume. Why do you think it's up there?

Good return, have a few good investments in Europe which includes Moonfare, Sorare and N26. They have a limited footprint in Europe but are raising another dedicated Europe Fintech fund, I believe their existing fund has deployed more than 70% of the US and Europe. If you look at the profiles, all of them come usually from top places. I am not saying I would take them before Silver Lake, but maybe a name to consider
