Blackstone PE Analyst
Hey guys, just received an invitation for Blackstone PE first round, which is basically a GMAT-based math test and an additional Corporate Finance test (both 30min). Has anyone done the CF test (it seems they started it last year since there is not much info on the topic)?
Did them for a different group last year. Quite straightforward CF questions (e.g., explain in written response LBO returns drivers, DCF, etc). Don’t know if for corporate PE will be the same. Out of curiosity, when did you apply to the FT analyst role?
Do you have any more details on the GMAT-style math test questions? How difficult were they?
Thank you so much. It is for a PE off cycle, I believe I applied mid January.
Good luck! What's your background if you don't mind me asking?
pm me - lets share notes, in a different process but have the same assessment
Did anyone get invited to the LBO test? Any idea on what's the next stage/how long is the wait after?
Pm me
