Does anyone have specific metrics tied to their bonus, similar to how bonuses are structured for management teams? My experience has been that the target bonus is always earned and that to the extent anything over and above is given it is typically tied to fund activity and general shbjective individual contributions (i.e., not tied back to specific kpis or metrics)
