Interested whether anyone can shed some light on them? Spoke to someone when it was still CDC and they said “it was a significant paycut from normal PE”, but not sure what that means in practice. They said that the work was quite interesting (obviously impact focus) but quite top-heavy/bureaucratic. Was wondering whether others had insights, especially around progression and salary?
