Business types - PE
Would a PE firm want to buy a already very good business (e.g., recurring customers, lock-in contracts etc.) or a solid business (e.g., in a good industry) with value creation potential? Wouldn't the latter be better since the price would be lower (since the value is less "obvious")? :)
