My last interview was pre-covid and have since been sporting a full beard. recently started analyst stint, and while the facial hair isn't an issue at my current firm, I wonder if I should go clean-shaven for interviews? I have yet to see any PE associates with facial hair, although it seems fair game in banking.
I take pride in the beard and maintain it pretty well, but don't want to take any avoidable risks.
