Have seen info on comp progression for PE at Canadian Pensions, but curious to learn what comp would look like for those in Capital Markets roles (Ex: Public equities). Afaik larger pensions pay ~160k for first year analysts in cap markets, similar to PE. However I have heard that as you get more senior there is a wider discrepancy from PE peers, so wanted to get some concrete numbers if possible.
