Carlyle Leveraged Finance

Can anyone comment on Carlyle's lev fin practice either in the States or in Europe? Current credit crunch aside, is Carlyle Lev Fin similar in terms of deal flow to top BB Lev Fin groups such as JPM/CS? I know Carlyle is strong in buyouts, but haven't really heard of their Lev Fin practice.
