Has anybody heard much about them... culture, comp, hours? I heard they have a decent presence in the private debt space. Anything would be helpful. Thanks!

They're an allocator trying to do things in house. Think of them more like a fund of funds that makes primary commitments and tries to get co-invest for cheap/free. They're trying to bill themselves now as a legit investor but they're really more of an LP/allocator, even in the debt space. I've seen them lead a few deals and they're just piggybacking off of the DD done by other leads.
They’re an LP. Sometimes we sell down stuff to them with some sort of skim but agree with the other poster - they are not doing any dd/ snagged on any primary processes
