Community college to state?

Hello monkeys! I am soon to graduate community college with an associates in international studies. Then right after that I im going for my bachelor in finance. My dream career is doing international business/investing. I network about 24/7 both with linked in and people that I know. Is community college stopping me from getting interviews? I will be 26 when I graduate. Is that a factor being 26 as an analyst? I do speak fluent Portuguese, English and proficient Spanish. Is that a plus? I have been researching a lot about Latin America PE. What would the best route be based on my information? With an associates in international studies and bachelors in finance? Thank you!
