Assume you have ~$20m - $30m to put into a deal.
And you want to buy something with ~$200m - $500m in revenue.
Ideally a fatter underperforming co that is just limping along or growing slowly. Maybe even distressed, but just an income statement or balance sheet issue, not both at the same time (too old for those now lol).
