Continental BB --> London PE

I'm starting as a full time analyst in a top 3 BB in january in a satellite office (Frankfurt/ Paris/ Milan). What would the exits in London PE be, compared to the london teams of the bank?

Would it be fairly easy to still exit in London PE by accepting a role at a "lessern known" PE/ MM/ LMM?

Thanks for the advice
