Converting a Real Estate Private Equity internship
I’m looking for tips on how to convert my REPE internship (I’m a 2025 Grad btw)
So far I’ve been told to:
•Write Weekly Newsletters about what’s going on in RE market and how this impacts the firm
Independently complete mini project each week (A small, self-directed research task that produces a 2-page memo or 5-slide deck
I need a few ideas about what’s these projects can be and any other tasks I can do on top of what they give me to show my proactiveness
