150-220K with 20-30% bonus as mentioned above is the range. It’s usually slight above what they are paying for the same position (Associate/Manager) in the FP&A team..
The bonus is annual and doesn't include sign-on / relocation. RSUs are ~260k over 4 years (not including refreshers). I definitely got lucky and negotiated hard but I do believe there are a few high flying tech unicorns that are willing to pay up for good talent. Also depends how valuable they view Corp Dev to overall strategy

I would say $300K base with 50% - 75% bonus. All In Comp of $500 - $600. I am assuming you’re the main Corp Dev guy.
What are you smoking. 150-200k range is way more reasonable.
I am in Australia. I was talking AUD.
Base or total?
That’s what I was thinking. I won’t be the main guy, there is going to be a Head of Corp Dev above me, also I am currently a 2nd year IB Analyst.

If its helpful, I joined a tech unicorn in the Bay Area as a Manager on their Corporate Development team (4 yr YOE + MBA). Salary details below.
Base: 180k
Bonus: 45k
RSU: Annual is ~$63k
Annual TC: 180+45+63 = ~$290k
290 all-in is pretty massive as long as those RSUs/Bonus aren't one-time signing. Congrats!
