Hey guys,
I just got an interview with Credit Suisse's Fund of Funds group and I'm wondering how to prepare for Fund of Funds interviews. Are they similar to PE interviews? The first round is a 2 hour in person interview, so I'm guessing it's a modelling test. What kind of modelling? LBO? 3 Statement? DCF?

Does anyone have any info on the Credit Suisse Customized Fund Investment Group ("CFIG")? They do private equity fund-of-fund and co-investments. Anything about the work, culture, pay, exit opps, etc. would be great to get more color on the group. Looking at an Analyst role post 2 years of BB IBD. Thanks in advance.
Pay is in line with IB. Culture depends heavily on the principal(s) with whom you work. Exit opps are similar roles -- other FoF who participate in direct/secondary/co-investments. Haven't heard of people moving to direct buyout megafunds. That said, I know this only secondhand and for analysts 2 years exp.
