Criticising gender positive discrimination on LinkedIn fund profile. Toxic or not?

Here is his statement after a « Women in PE » event at Ardian.

« Can't wait for the Men in Private Equity events. Fostering awareness and inclusiveness in the workplace is ideal. Thank you for organising such an event and taking time sharing your knowledge.

However, it is hard not having the same opportunities on the sole parameter of gender. In a different context, MLK said that he wished his children not to be judged by the colour of their skin but by content of their character.

It is hard not to have equal opportunities as these, I am sure, bright young women. It is hard having a passion and not being able to break into it.

I wish you, the reader, all the best. Keep grinding! »
