Curious what the an1 compensation + bonus is for Dawson considering their returns coupled with overall secondaries market not performing as well in 2024 as it did in 2023? What is the base pay and bonus typically like?

Apologies, I meant 2023 had a challenging deal flow environment and I heard comp was lower compared to 2022. Completely mixed up the years that's my bad. I still heard that comp at Dawson/WH dropped last year tho, but not sure if that's just a rumor. Do you happen to know anything about that?
