How do you approach valuation and negotiation?
Do you, as buyers, make the first move or do you ask the seller what he thinks about valuation?
How do you handle when a founder/ceo is asking for a crazy high valuation? Ask him to justify or something else?
Thanks!

If someone is asking for a “crazy” price that your firm could never justify, just move on.
There are firms out there that can justify those prices.
