Debt options to buy a small business

Looking to buy an already existing pharmacy and was wondering how much debt I could take on to buy. Pharmacy costs ~$1M to buy, how much would creditors be willing to lend as percentage of purchase price?

Is it realistic to be able to purchase with 20% down?

Any loan programs you recommend eg SBA? Not sure if they are available to purchase an already existing business.

Thank you
