3 hours. LBO + PPT memo. You get a CIM and basic excel financials and debt assumptions, and you need to assume market standard fee and carry to get to your net returns.
Would this just be one tier of carry? Eg 8% pref, 2/20?
Don't remember, but it's the same shit whether it's 1 or 2 tiers. So just be familiar with standard 8% pref, 20% carry, 100% catch-up and you can add a tier if needed.

Sorry one last question. For the excel assumptions do they give you the growth rates for the various line items?
