Director-level Performance Improvement / Value Creation technical interviews and case studies
Hi friends, long time lurker and new poster.
I have a few Director-level interviews coming up for Performance Improvement and Value Creation roles at PE advisory firms (think A&M PEPI, etc.)
Would anyone have insight into:
- What types of technical questions may surface
- what type of case studies may be presented, if any
i’ve searched far and wide, but haven’t been able to come up with much so I’ve been prepping based off typical PE cases, but I’m not sure how effective that is given the Ops nature of these roles.
