Do you respond to HH emails?

I'm currently super happy at my current fund, but I get these outreaches all the time form various Headhunters--do you respond to them? Or keep in contact? Would love to have relationships in case I eventually want to move somewhere else. Like in the last day, I've gotten like 5 or 6 for big name firms, figured I'd ask.

It can't hurt to have an initial conversation just to establish a dialogue with each of the firms and to help them tailor what they reach out to you on.  But I personally didn't feel the need to respond to each individual email afterwards.  They're not going to stop reaching out to you just because you didn't take the time to respond to each email for a position you weren't interested in...ultimately the HHs are playing a numbers game as well.
