ECM at EB vs LMM Private Equity vs LMM Private Debt fund

Finishing up my 1st year in ER at a MM Bank and want to move.

I have an offer with the ECM team at an EB (Roths/Lazard/Evercore) and final rounds coming up with a LMM PE fund and LMM private debt fund.

I want to know which industry is potentially more lucrative in the long-term + chances of making it to the top. I understand that the EB will blow away any LMM when it comes to short term comp but am worried that once carry kicks in the ECM MD will make much less.

I don't care about any exit opps outside of (LMM) PE/PD and ECM. I don't want the UMM/LC PE Lifestyle and public equity investing does not really exist in my country.
