Career Resources
Endeavour's more of a traditional MM private equity shop—not to be confused with the HF side. LA office has a solid rep, lean teams, and pretty operationally focused approach. Culture’s supposed to be intense but tight-knit. Comp is decent for MM PE but won’t touch MF levels—expect standard base + bonus with some carry potential down the line if you stay. Good stepping stone if you're coming from IB and want West Coast exposure.
