Evergreen Services Group

Does anyone know much about Evergreen Services Group in SF? Trying to better understand their strategy, seems like they are just rolling up a bunch of subscale IT firms without a real central thesis. Do they really push growth or are they largely harvesting these assets for cash? Are they reinvesting FCF or div'ing this back to the sponsors? Their job postings say they are looking for bankers, but it seems like half the team came from AlphaSights (which I though was just an expert network, so a bit confused?). $200K all in for an assoc seems like the lower end of the market, but arguably so is the background of many of their team members (not to be a dbag). Any color on the quality of the team, the strategy, etc. would be very helpful. Thanks in advance.

The role they're posting for is essentially just LMM/MM corp dev work for one of their roll ups. There's plenty on this website covering Alpine's unique holdco approach, but this role isn't the same as a traditional PE associate seat and you can see that from the backgrounds they typically hire. Nothing wrong with that but they have an army of analysts & associates that are given a defined playbook and profile of business they are looking to acquire.
