Exit Incentive CRO MM Portfolio Company

Hi there, I am working as independent CRO for a portfolio company (15m EBITDA) of a global (L)MM PE firm.

I am paid on a daily rate basis (making in total around 450-500 kUSD per year, all fixed unless I get fired).

I am in discussions with the PE firm now to potentially join the Management Board as internal resource. What package could I negotiate (in particular I have no real data points what incentive I can ask for when the company gets successfully exited). I was thinking about 400kUSD base, 200kUSD EBITDA based bonus and around 1mUSD exit incentive if we get the thing up to 20 mUSD EBITDA and sell for 100mUSD (=1% of total price). I would accept a change of control clause in my contract so I am not a potential burden in the sales process...

Any insights from folks actually working in PE highly appreciated!!
