Freshman internship advice

I’m finishing up my first year at a target school and need some assistance selecting a full time offer for this summer. I want to pursue a career in private equity and Im choosing between two on-site positions. One internship is with a middle market private equity firm and is 40 hours a week. I’ll be helping with sourcing and due diligence. The other position is with a non profit org that aims to build business diversity and support small businesses across the city. Also 40 hours. Which position could better help my career goals? Important to note I currently have an internship with a search fund where I build investment memos and do some modeling. This internship is remote and 5-10 hours a week. I believe the PE position would be good early private equity experience on my resume but along with the search fund I fear it may be redundant. I feel like the business diversity role is interesting and could stand out more on my resume but it’s not direct private equity experience so i might develop less relevant skills. Any thoughts on this?
