Exit Opps at BX REPE

Does anyone have an insight on common exits for BX Analysts at their REPE group?

Is it possible to exit to another MF to do Corporate PE or is it an uphill battle?

Also curious on how hard is to go into a HF from there.

Thanks!

Definitely hard... you probably need a mba though. THe models you build at RE are really different from traditional PEs, let alone L/S equity. These two places hire mostly from IBs. I don't have any info on real estate HF, no idea. I did a research on my alumni (H/Y/P/W) who went into RE, although my sample size was small, none of them made the switch (could be they like it).
