EY Valuation VS DCM/FPA PE firm (AUM $5B). Which offer should I choose?

Senior in college. Got an offer from EY (75k base + 5 bonus) and from another PE RE firm on DCM team (85k base + 8.5 bonus) and I’m not sure which to take. The money isn’t a significant enough reason for me to choose one over the other, I’d like to consider my exit opps and experience over the next few years. If anyone can provide insight- it’d be much appreciated.
