FAANG Interview

Hello All,

going through FAANG interviews now and getting a bunch of "tell me about a time you influenced people, etc" type questions - is this even normal? Is there a certain way / methodology to answer these questions?

I was expecting more consulting / tech case studies so just a little thrown off by this.

Appreciate any feedback cheers.

See CAR, SCORE or STAR methodology. Regardless of which you choose, focus on why you took the action you took and how this led to the specific result.

Who’s throwing MS? Everyone can call bullshit on answers to “tell me about a time…”questions. Just a waste of time for both sides
