Family and friends round for a non-perishable specialty drink product: What questions to ask?
Hi all,
I was approached and asked to participate in an early seed round ( 500k) for a non-perishable specialty drink product. Most sales are currently online - though the capital raised will go towards entering in to convenience stores and larger, specialty chains like a Wegmans. What are some unique factors to consider in a seed stage non-tech investment? I'm looking at this as an educational opportunity.
