Has anyone worked or know anyone that was worked at this shop? I interviewed with them for a Development Manager role. Curious how they run as an organization and also curious for comp at a shop like this. I was told by a recruiter they offer their DM's a point on the promote. Also curious on everyone's feedback on student housing. I am currently the DM for a good sized shop that does multifamily. If I was to go into student housing, are you able to go back to multi or is there a barrier to get back in the asset class? Thanks all.
